Serpentes Ventures Management Ltd is a privately held digital asset investment company, headquartered in St Kitts & Nevis. The firm deploys its own capital into high-conviction opportunities within blockchain ecosystems, with a primary focus on Solana.

Serpentes Ventures does not manage client funds, accept outside capital, or provide third-party services. We invest with long-term alignment, technical due diligence, and independent strategy. Our core conviction is that asymmetric digital asset opportunities are increasingly accessible, and increasingly misunderstood.

Investment Philosophy

We are conviction-led and thesis-driven. We take long-term positions in projects and protocols we believe in, with particular focus on emerging markets, cryptographic primitives, and founder-led ecosystems.
